But its gets worse — there are no validated meaning finding interventions I confirmed this with Michael Steger. So here we are pushing meaning without any intervention? And if the gibberish starts to make sense then wonderful. Gibberish is meaningless by definition, but laughter is commonly associated with truth, often profound. I see a paradox here in your very expertise. I like paradox. I have found that embracing and transcending paradox has helped me grow. Your pursuit of gibberish is fascinationg.
Perhaps the shaggy dog stories of a half-century ago had real benefits.

I do tell between 2 layers of Laughter. The first one is related with the aerobic aspect, it can be due to Humor or Wisdom of Body Like Laughter Yoga, the method that i did brought to Israel on The aerobic laughter has been proven to boost up our immune system and Strengthening our vital forces, we can see many scientific works supporting it and more important than this we do have many personal testimonials.
However, please note that the impact of Laughter on our immune system is quite short less than 24 hours. This layer of Laughter is much more sustainable as we train ourselves to secrete endorphins while accepting the universe as it is and not to be driven by Life Circumstances. And of course, to Reinvent ourselves in any difficulty or challenge that life brings upon us and here i already give some clue on the term of Epigenetics.
Love Laugh Live!!! My grandson was bored and acting up so I started a conversation with him in gibberish. He was very intrigued and carried on a conversation with me that made no sense whatsoever. He was smiling and we laughed together, until his father came in and heard us and scolded him for speaking in nonsense. He went back to acting up as a result. Very sad. Also,my husband has an important job where he has to be quite serious. Sometimes while driving to work, he will speak nonsense to deprogram his mind so he is not stressing about the day ahead. When I drive him and he does this, we laugh and sometimes carry on a conversation in gibberish.
It really lightens both our moods. I need to to thank you for your time for this particularly wonderful read!! I definitely liked every little bit of it and i also have you book-marked to see new stuff on your website. It is a pleasure. This site uses Akismet to reduce spam. Living peacefully with the absurd, the Existential Nonsense Theater of reality, where black swans show up from time to time is enhanced by existential laughter. Learning not to take them too seriously is the first step to cope with life challenges and even tsunamis. The second step may be to recognize that adversity is part of finding purpose in life. Gibberish, the language that reflects absurdity and nonsense, allows us to speak irrationally and not to fight to understand everything.
Can practicing gibberish exercises, over and over again help us accept real life as it is by helping us play with nonsensical events instead of being victimized by them? Can it help us be better prepared for future surprises that can shock us? Can practicing nonsense help us to find our own meaning and purpose in life? If we understand from within that the external world is, by its nature, full of absurdities and contradiction, we can make choices to express meaningful purpose in our lives instead of following a nihilistic way of self-neglect and pessimism.
